Specialising in Recruitment, Resourcing, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search whilst focusing on strategic, operational and Project Management.

Lynne works independently or as part of a team, bringing her extensive knowledge of HR & Recruitment projects for SME and FTE corporate and public sector organisations.

Having built her career over 30 years within this arena, Lynne offers her expertise to orgnisations who find themselves in need of that special skillset, a strategic thinker, a troubleshooter to slip into their company to fill a gap for a short period until  a more permanent solution can be sort. Or to provide external specialist knowledge and leadership skills - making viable recommendations and implement result proven solutions during projects.

... a traffic cop but an injury put pay to that whilst in training, so I turned to my second choice which was nursing and after 4 years I walked into a recruitment agency to look for bank work in A&E as I needed a change. 3 hours later I came out with an offer of a Recruitment Manager role!

I spent my first 4 month with an agency and realised very quickly I could not provide the customer service I would expect to receive, so I started my own recruitment agency from my dinig room. After spending a fabulous 11 years building my agency and growing a training company too, I had a serious car crash that broke my back and neck which left me immobile for 11 months. I decided to sell my business to enjoy early retirement and live in Australia.

That did not last long as in 2002, I was offered a great interim assignment as Head of Recruitment back in the UK..."
